KAL Magnesium Taurate+ provides magnesium in the form of magnesium taurate, along with vitamin B6 in its active form (pyridoxal-5-phosphate). The formula also includes the patented Actisorb™ complex, a blend of carefully selected plant extracts including black pepper, cayenne, ginger, rosemary, and turmeric.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal energy-yielding metabolism, and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and supports normal psychological function.

The Actisorb™ complex is included to support nutrient absorption.
