With its tangy taste and rich aroma, it is perfect in dressings, sauces, and marinades. For an invigorating drink, mix 1–2 tablespoons with honey in a glass of water and enjoy immediately. Cloudiness or natural sediments may appear – a sign of its raw quality. 5% acidity.
