UniKalk Forte 20 is recommended for those who want to supplement their diet with calcium and who also need additional vitamin D.
Calcium is necessary for the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and supports the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin D also helps reduce the risk of falling, which is associated with balance issues and muscle weakness. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20 mcg of vitamin D from all sources.
