Ombar 90% is an organic raw dark chocolate made from premium-quality Ecuadorian cocoa with a minimum cocoa solids content of 90%.

The gentle low-temperature production process helps preserve up to six times more naturally occurring cocoa flavanols than conventional chocolate with a similar cocoa content. Sweetened exclusively with unrefined coconut sugar, naturally rich in minerals and produced from the nectar of coconut palm flowers.

Ombar is a source of magnesium and manganese and is 100% organic, dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan and free from refined sugar. Made with just three carefully selected organic ingredients for an intense cocoa flavour.
