Vitamin K1, also known as phylloquinone, is generated by plants. Thus, you get Vitamin K1 through your diet – or you may choose to take a dietary supplement. Vitamin K1 is fat-soluble.
Among other things, Vitamin K1 contributes to:
- Normal blood coagulation
- The maintenance of normal bones
