Based on a combination extract of lemon balm, chamomile, and green tea, plus B vitamins and magnesium.
Lemon balm contributes to normal and calm sleep.
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
The B vitamins: thiamine, niacin, and B6, along with magnesium, also contribute to normal psychological functions.
