This food supplement combines L-tryptophan, magnesium, and vitamin B6. L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that cannot be produced by the body and must be obtained through the diet. It acts as a precursor to serotonin – a neurotransmitter involved in mood, appetite, body temperature, and the sleep-wake cycle – and is also part of the pathway that leads to melatonin production.

Magnesium and vitamin B6 help reduce tiredness and fatigue, and contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, and energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 also contributes to hormonal balance and supports red blood cell formation.
