Description:

Tranquility (Soft Night) is a supplement designed to help promote restful sleep at night and serenity during the day. It does not cause drowsiness, making it suitable for daily activities at any time. The formula includes the minerals calcium and magnesium, which support the balance of the central nervous system, along with the amino acid L-Tryptophan and the plant extracts valerian root and chamomile flower.

L-Tryptophan is an amino acid naturally found in protein-rich foods such as meat and dairy. In the body, it is converted into the neurotransmitter serotonin, which supports functions like sleep, appetite regulation, and mood balance.

Valerian root has been shown to support sleep, especially when taken throughout the day with increased dosage in the evening. It may also help with stress, nervous exhaustion, irritability, anxiety, and tension of nervous origin, without impairing attention or reflexes.
