MARNYS® Cuminmar contains black cumin oil from cold-pressed Nigella sativa seeds, naturally rich in omega-6 (linoleic acid, 55–65%) and thymoquinone (1.28%).

Traditionally used in Middle Eastern and Indian herbology, black cumin oil is appreciated during seasonal changes and periods of environmental variation. Thymoquinone is a naturally occurring aromatic compound in the oil, associated with its characteristic flavour and plant origin.

Each capsule provides 500 mg of oil in a softgel format for convenient daily use.
