The food supplement OmniVita® B Total contains all types of B vitamins and is suitable for those experiencing fatigue or lack of energy, as the content of, among other things, vitamin B12 reduces tiredness and fatigue. B2, B6, B12, and folic acid are added in their active form and therefore do not need to be converted but can be absorbed directly. OmniVita® B Total contains, among others, B6, B12, and niacin, which contribute to the normal function of the nervous system. B6, B12, folic acid, and choline contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism. Choline also contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function and lipid metabolism. Finally, it should be noted that biotin contributes to normal hair and skin.
