Vitamin C, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), Vitamin B6 and B12, biotin as well as calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese and copper contribute to a normal energy metabolism.

 

Reduce fatigue and exhaustion

Vitamin C, niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), riboflavin (B2), vitamin B6 and B12, folate and the mineral magnesium help to reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

 

Immune system

Vitamin C, vitamin B6 and B12, folate, vitamin A, vitamin D as well as zinc, copper and selenium contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
