Flaxseed, also known as linseed, is the source of these flaxseed oil capsules from Natur-Drogeriet.

Flaxseed oil contains alpha-linolenic acid, which contributes to maintaining normal cholesterol levels when consumed at a daily intake of 2 g (equivalent to 8 capsules).
