Description
Description:
Rosemary is a versatile culinary spice. It is excellent for many different kinds of food: soups, grilled meat and fish, ovenbaked vegetables, dressings and sauces, stews – and for bread, e.g., foccacia.
Rosemary means ‘dew of the sea’ – due to the fact that it grows close to the sea in the Mediterranean region where it has had a major impact on culinary traditions. Thus, rosemary is a frequent ingredient in French, Spanish and Italian food.
Instructions for use and precautions:
½-1 tsp per cup of boiling water. Let brew for 5-10 minutes and strain before serving. Drink 1-3 cups per day. May also be used as a culinary spice. Use sparingly.
Ingredients:
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
