Description:
This tasty organic pasta is traditionally crafted in Italy using wholegrain spelt flour (Triticum Dicoccum). It offers a wholesome, nutty flavour and a firm bite, making it a nutritious and delicious alternative to regular wheat pasta.
Perfect for a wide variety of pasta dishes, it cooks quickly and pairs well with both light and hearty sauces.
Contains gluten.
Instructions for use and precautions:
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water with added salt – use 1 litre of water per 100 g of pasta. Simmer for approximately 5–7 minutes. Drain using a sieve and serve immediately.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry, dark and odour-free place.
