Molkosan is a daily tonic for a healthy digestive system. It’s a 100% natural whey concentrate made in Switzerland from fresh Alpine milk. One of Alfred Vogel’s original remedies back in 1926, Molkosan is rich in a substance called L+ lactic acid which supports the growth of healthy gut bacteria.
Molkosan may be useful to help relieve the symptoms of either high or low stomach acid in the short-term.

Instructions for use and precautions:
For a refreshing drink: Add 1 teaspoon (or tablespoon) to a glass of mineral water for a refreshing drink.
In cooking: Use Molkosan e.g. for salad dressings as a substitute for vinegar, where its sour taste works well.
Storage:
Refrigerate after opening. Keeps for 2 months after opening when stored in the fridge.
