Description:
Organic finely textured soy protein from El Granero Integral. Made from organically grown soybeans, it is a high-protein, plant-based alternative to meat. Ideal for use in a wide variety of savoury dishes such as stews, sauces, and fillings.
Instructions for use and precautions:
Soak until tender (or boil to speed up the process). Drain thoroughly, pressing firmly through a strainer to remove excess water, and add to your favourite recipes as a meat substitute.
Storage:
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
