Original Silicea is nutrition for skin, hair and nails. Each capsule contains the mineral silica (420 mg silicon dioxide corresponding to 196 mg silica) as well as selected vitamins and minerals that support the maintenance of skin, hair and nails.

Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin and hair. Zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal nails.

Instructions for use and precautions:

Take 1 capsule daily with liquid. The capsule can be opened and mixed with liquid or food. For best results, capsules should be taken for at least 2–6 months.
