Founded in 1908 in Predazzo, in the heart of Valle di Fiemme in the Dolomite mountains, the Felicetti family has been producing traditional Italian pasta for four generations. The pasta is crafted using bronze molds, which give it a textured surface that enhances sauce adherence, and it is then carefully dried to preserve its shape. Felicetti pasta offers a unique flavor and perfect structure.

The sheets do not need to be pre-cooked.
