Clearspring’s Organic Buckwheat Pasta is made from 100% buckwheat flour, which is naturally gluten free. Despite its name, buckwheat is not related to wheat and has been cultivated for centuries as a nutritious staple. This tortiglioni-style pasta has a delicate, nutty flavour and a satisfying firm texture. It holds its shape well during cooking and is an excellent alternative to traditional durum wheat pasta, suitable for everyone — not just those avoiding gluten.

Instructions for use and precautions:

Bring plenty of water to the boil, adding a pinch of salt if desired. Add approximately 80 g of pasta per portion. Simmer for 8 minutes for a perfect “al dente” texture, stirring occasionally. For a softer texture, continue simmering for 1–2 more minutes. Drain and serve with your favourite sauce.

Store in a cool, dry place.
